Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and follow up on their progress.
- Create and maintain various reports, such as purchase order analysis, sales, and Paragon reports.
- Communicate with OSJL stores and vendors, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Screen phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay relevant information to the buyers.
- Conduct product research as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Buying Department.
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Preferred 0-2 years of professional experience in imports, buying, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office/administrative duties is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Google platforms (e.g., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
