NEET PG 2024, also known as the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduation, is a national-level medical entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The exam is scheduled to be held on July 7, 2024. The application process for NEET PG 2024 is expected to begin soon.
The eligibility criteria for NEET PG 2024 are as follows:
- The candidate must have completed MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- The candidate must have completed one year of internship (also called resident doctor/medical officer).
- The candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a state medical council.
The NEET PG 2024 will be conducted in multiple sessions in various languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, and Urdu. The test will be held at 117 different cities across India.
NEET, there are other entrance exams for PG medical courses in India, such as AIPMT (All India Post Graduate Medical Test), which is conducted by the AIIMS and usually takes place in May. The results for AIPMT 2023 were declared in June 2023.
