IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Brendon McCullum Warns India, Says England Won’t Be Afraid To Play All Spinners If.

Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum has issued a warning to the Indian cricket team ahead of the second Test against England, stating that the visitors won’t be afraid to play all spinners if the conditions demand it. The second Test is set to take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai from February 13 to 17.

McCullum, who is currently the head coach of the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, believes that England has the ability to play spin well and won’t hesitate to field an all-spin attack if the pitch favors them. He also added that India should be prepared for any kind of challenge that comes their way.

“England has a very good spin attack and they have shown that they can play spin well. If the conditions demand it, they won’t be afraid to play all spinners. India should be prepared for that and have a plan in place,” McCullum said in an interview.

India, on the other hand, will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing loss in the first Test. The hosts were outplayed by England in all departments and will be hoping to make a strong comeback in the second Test. The pitch at the MA Chidambaram Stadium is expected to be spin-friendly, which could give India an advantage.

However, McCullum believes that England has the quality to adapt to any conditions and won’t be intimidated by the Indian spinners. “England has a very good team and they have the ability to adapt to any conditions. They won’t be intimidated by the Indian spinners and will look to play their natural game,” he added.

India will be without the services of Jasprit Bumrah, who has been released from the squad due to personal reasons. The hosts are likely to bring in Mohammed Siraj or Umesh Yadav in his place. England, on the other hand, are expected to field the same team that won the first Test.
